Collingwood is a town situated on Nottawasaga Bay a southern point of Georgian Bay and is part of Simcoe County. Collingwood history goes back to 1650 making it a truly heritage town with lots of history and character.

Due to close proximity to Blue Mountains and Wasaga Beach, Collingwood is beloved by tourists and is a major recreation area for the southern part of the province. It is a great place to escape the city and stay for a while, perhaps even opening a business or growing a family. Collingwood is a place with a diversity of housing styles, from condominiums to older homes to custom build estate houses and cottages.
